What we cannot promise
Room onboard does not guarantee accessible boarding, an available wheelchair space, a working ramp or staff assistance. This app never replaces formal accessibility support. For assistance, book through your operator's Passenger Assist service.
Using this app
We target WCAG 2.2 AA. Colour is never the only indicator: every crowding state also carries text and an icon. Tap targets are at least 44 pixels, the desktop experience is keyboard accessible, and reduced-motion settings are respected. If something does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it.
