The four classes of data

Passenger report — submitted anonymously by someone on or near the service.
Service data — timetable, platform and formation from connected sources. Where a source is not connected, we say so.
Prediction — an estimate from context, always worded as “likely”.
Unknown — when evidence is thin we say so. That is a real answer, not a failure.
