Transport systems know where a vehicle is. We add whether people can actually use it: is there likely to be a seat, is standing likely, can another passenger realistically board, and is the train shorter than planned.
How we describe an answer
- Every answer states what it is based on and how recent that evidence is.
- “Not enough information” is a valid answer and we say it.
- An estimate is never presented as a measured passenger count.
- No passenger identity, precise location or free-text note is ever shared.
Access
Selected pilot partners may access evidence-backed capacity outputs through a controlled integration. There is no self-service access, and details are discussed directly.
